Sendera neighborhood offers homes built in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s by Milburn Homes which was later purchased by D.R. Horton Homes. There are 3 sections to the Sendera Subdivision:

• Sendera Oaks (North of Davis Lane)
• Sendera Glen (Between Davis Lane and Slaughter)
• Sendera Place (South side of Slaughter)
